Welcome To All Occasions Event Rentals
All Occasions is a familiar business name in the Red River Valley with All Occasions Limousine and Coach celebrating over 25 years in the area. The founder, Bill Walker, has always had an entrepreneurial mind and passed it down to his daughter (me – Jennifer Spiesz).
As Bill's daughter, Jennifer Spiesz, I inherited this passion for innovation. While I may not possess the same creative flair, I established TaxLady, a thriving business that has flourished with a dedicated team of 7 full-time staff over the past 2 decades.

The next business venture we started was The Event Co. Wedding/Event Design and Rentals, with Tori (Spiesz) Schmidt as the Designer. After having the privilege of being hired as the wedding planner for the gorgeous and high profile wedding and accompanying events for Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari, Tori found her passion in planning events to bring clients visions to life.
Fast forward to 2024, we have decided to separate The Event Co., which will strictly be a planning service, and created a new rental business to offer our large inventory of high end products for rent to all those who want to curate their own event look giving yourself the DIY options, but for half the price and headache that buying (and then selling) event décor brings…All Occasions Event Rentals!
